If you've got an account with us, you can log in and go to 'my account' then 'my orders' to see all the lovely things you've bought on our website. This will also tell you each orders' status.
There are several statuses your order might be in:
- Pending - the order is being held in our queue, usually just while it's being prepared to send to the warehouse
- Processing - the order has been placed, and is being processed through our system
- Picking - the order is with our warehouse, and being picked by one of the team
- Complete - this just means your order has been dispatched, and is now in the delivery network, so the status needs to be checked via your tracking link/code
