With many of our stores being affected by temporary lockdowns, our stores are aware you may need to return some of your item(s). Simply pop in store once they re-open with your item and a proof of purchase.
You are unable to return items purchased in store to our warehouse.
Online and in store purchases placed between 1st November 2020 and 5th April 2021 may be returned to store up to 30 days after reopening to any of our stand alone stores (excluding concessions, please visit concession retailer for individual policy)
Alternatively you can post the return back to our warehouse. (We recommend you use recorded delivery and keep hold of the receipt in order to receive your refund for the returned goods, return postage paid by customer).
