At the moment, Online Gift Vouchers bought online can only be redeemed online. In the same way, Paperchase gift cards bought in store can only be redeemed in store.
This is because we have two separate systems for our store tills and our web store, but we are looking to integrate them in the future, so that we're able to offer one gift card which can be used both in store and online.
